Amr Adel Abdul Allah is a finance executive and business advisor with a career that began in 2004 and has moved steadily from the audit file to the boardroom.

Foundations in audit. He trained at the office of Mr. Mohamed El-Galaly and Mr. Ashraf Gresha, Chartered Accountants and Auditors (2004–2008), and then at Khaled El-Ghannam & Co. (2008–2012), working across audit and accounting outsourcing. He later served as an audit manager with the office of Osama El-Kheriji in Riyadh. These years built the habits that still define his work: evidence before conclusions, controls before scale, and clear documentation.

Transactions, disputes and restructuring. Alongside audit, he worked on merger and acquisition files for companies in the Qalaa Holdings group (ASEC), carried out due diligence for sale and acquisition, handled company liquidations and their reversal, converted limited liability companies and partnerships into joint-stock companies, and designed integrated accounting systems that let holding groups prepare consolidated statements. He also served as an accounting expert in arbitration and judicial matters.

Executive finance leadership. At Overseas Gas, a natural gas distributor serving around 500,000 clients, he progressed through Financial Manager and CFO to Managing Director of Financial Affairs. Since October 2024 he has been CFO of The Ark Group for Real Estate Development, where his remit covers bank financing and treasury, regulatory reporting and capital-market readiness, group organisation design, ERP implementation, and the commercial finance of real estate projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Education and transformation. A committed trainer, he has written a 190-page Arabic book for accountants and business owners, produced finance course series in Arabic and English, and builds practical AI-assisted tools for analysis and reporting — always with human verification of every output.
